We seek out birdcages - old buildings filled with pigeons and broken windows - and turn them into hip urban spaces. We purchased our first birdcage in 2006 at 2444 Washington Boulevard, which has now served as our downtown office for over 12 years. We have been committed to revitalizing Ogden’s downtown core ever since, so our projects to date are all within walking distance of our first property and current office.

ZUCCA

Once the old Star Noodle Parlor, this building is now occupied by Zucca Ristorante who offers fine Italian cuisine, wood-fired pizzas and delectable desserts in downtown Ogden. This building is also home to the Underground at Zucca and 225 Speakeasy.

A Salt Lake City favorite, Pig & a Jelly Jar opened their second location to one our of historic properties in 2015. Their made from scratch menu offers a unique twist on southern comfort food.
